It is with a heavy heart that I bid farewell to the team and the city that have been my home for so many incredible years. As I lace up my skates for the last time wearing the black and gold, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported me throughout my journey with the Boston Bruins.
From the moment I stepped onto the ice at TD Garden, I knew I was part of something truly special. The passion and dedication of Bruins fans is unrivaled, and it has been an honor to represent this storied franchise night in and night out.
I will never forget the memories we’ve shared together – the exhilarating victories, the heart-wrenching defeats, and everything in between. Each game has been a chapter in the story of my career, and I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to have written that story wearing the spoked B.
To my teammates, coaches, and the entire Bruins organization: thank you for believing in me and pushing me to be the best player and person I can be. The camaraderie and brotherhood within this locker room are second to none, and I will cherish the bonds we’ve formed for the rest of my life.
As I embark on the next chapter of my career, I leave Boston with a sense of pride and gratitude. While I may no longer be wearing the black and gold on the ice, I will always carry the spirit of the Bruins with me wherever I go.
Thank you, Boston, for embracing me as one of your own and for giving me memories that will last a lifetime. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to have worn the spoked B.
With deepest appreciation and warm regards,
