Incoming Manchester United game–changer Sir Jim Ratcliffe has former 
Celtic transfer guru Lee Congerton under consideration for his major Old Trafford revamp – according to a report.
The English billionaire will take a 25 per cent stake in the Old Trafford club and lead the football side with the controversial Glazers remaining in charge. And Ratcliffe is on the hunt for a director of football to reinvigorate one of the biggest clubs in the world. A host of signing specialists have been linked and now Congerton – who currently serves as Atlanta’s head of senior recruitment – is on their wanted list.
